We started our house hunting on our own, calling each real estate agent for listings we wanted to see. After we met Megan Wilaby, we decided to have her help us find our new home. She has a warm personality, and is very knowledgeable. She never seemed to be in a hurry when showing us properties, which was really nice! Whenever we texted, emailed or called, she was very prompt in getting back to us. Our home purchase ended up being complicated with lots of hoops to jump through with our bank/underwriter and Megan Wilaby had to constantly work with the sellers realtor, contractors and our bank to keep it moving forward. I’m not sure we would have closed on our house without all of Megan Wilaby’s hard work and creativity. We definitely recommend Megan Wilaby.
